Position Overview
This internship blends esports gameplay with FAA-style operational thinking. Interns train using structured games that emphasize multitasking, pattern recognition, communication, timing, and decision accuracy, all core skills used in air traffic control and elite esports operations.
In parallel, interns work hands-on in esports league development, tournament management, broadcasting, sponsorship planning, and NIL education. You will collaborate with industry professionals while gaining exposure to real-world esports business systems inside Sports Media.
Key Responsibilities
Game-Based Training and Simulation
Train through competitive and simulation-based games designed to build focus, spatial awareness, reaction speed, and decision-making under pressure.
Learn how FAA air traffic control concepts translate into esports operations, live event coordination, and broadcast control.
Analyze gameplay data to improve performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
Esports League and Tournament Operations
Assist in building and managing esports leagues and tournaments.
Support scheduling, team onboarding, rule development, and competitive integrity.
Participate in live operations, match monitoring, and post-event reporting.
Content, Broadcasting, and Media Operations
Support live streaming and production of esports events.
Create blogs, social posts, highlights, and recaps for esports coverage.
Assist with interviews of players, coaches, and industry leaders.
Sponsorship, NIL, and Esports Business Education
Learn the esports sponsorship ecosystem and brand integration strategies.
Assist with NIL research, athlete branding concepts, and monetization models.

Qualifications
Competitive gamer with strong focus, discipline, and situational awareness.
