About the Role:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll blend creativity and strategy to shape our brand’s public image, foster client relationships, and drive innovative marketing campaigns. From managing social media to supporting local events, your work will directly impact how our agency connects with customers and the community.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with the agent to manage website and social media content
  • Identify and support local community events
  • Set and achieve marketing goals alongside the team
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market insurance and financial products
  • Build and maintain digital marketing systems to promote the agency
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from internet leads
  • Attend marketing events, including some weekends
  • Create engaging social media content, including Reels

What We’re Looking For:

  • Some marketing experience preferred, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
  • Proficient in social media, website management, and email content creation
  • Self-motivated and people-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in a team environment
  • Energetic and organized, ready to help coordinate team events
