Job description:

The Role: What You’ll Do

You’ll live in the sweet spot between customer service and sales. Your job is simple:
turn inbound “sell my car” leads into quality appointments that show up.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Call, text, and email fresh inbound leads from sources like Kelley Blue Book, TrueCar, and our website.
  • Have short, high-energy conversations to:
  • Confirm basic info (vehicle, mileage, condition, title status).
  • Uncover their real motivation for selling.
  • Set firm, confirmed appointments for our buyers.
  • Follow proven scripts for:
  • Intro calls
  • Objection handling (“I just want a number,” “I’m shopping around,” etc.)
  • Appointment setting and reconfirming
  • Log every call, text, and outcome in our CRM with clean notes and next steps.
  • Maintain a fast response time to new leads
  • Transfer leads systematically into the CRM buckets for the buyers
