Surgery Technologist

Western Wisconsin Health is seeking a full-time Surgery Technologist (0.8 or 0.9 FTE) to join our Operative Services department! Responsibilities include assisting the surgical team in direct patient care to surgical patients, with a primary emphasis during the intra operative period in scrubbing and assisting the surgeon. Will also have an active role in sterile processing and central supply job functions. All of this is done to support the organization’s mission while living our values.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Successful completion from an accredited Surgical Technology program 
• Surgical Technician Certification (or plans to become certified when eligible)
• BLS Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Robotics, General, Orthopedics, ENT, GYN, GI, Podiatry, Spine, and Urology
• Prior experience in Central Supply duties

Work schedule:

• 0.8 and 0.9 FTE opportunities available 
• On-call Rotation – approximately 1 shift per week and 1 weekend every 6 weeks
