Job Summary
The Training Coordinator Intern with work cross-functionally to identify, collect, organize, and create an online training catalog.
Essential Functions:
- Meet with various department representatives or subject-matter experts to identify existing training content
- Organize training content by topic, audience, and format
- Write training overview for each course/topic
- Create an online training catalog using collaboration tools
- Develop administrative procedures for maintaining training catalog and track training activities
- Other related projects as needed
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree, completed or in progress, in the fields of education, teaching, human resources, psychology, or related field
- Proficient with Google Suite, learning & development tools, collaboration tools or similar type tools, such as Confluence or Asana
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Resourceful problem-solver
- Interest in corporate training, human resources, or adult education
- Passion for helping others develop their skills
- Ability to follow instructions, then follow-through with periodic supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- MA/MS Degree completed or in progress, in the fields of education, teaching, human resources, psychology, or related field
- Prior experience building learning & development content
- Prior experience organizing data, content, materials, or similar type project
Pay Range: $34.00 to $40.00 / Hour
