We are seeking a Scrum Master Intern to join our Agile Practice for Spring 2026. In this role, you’ll support Scrum Masters, Delivery Leads, and cross-functional teams across multiple client engagements. This internship provides hands-on exposure to agile delivery, facilitation, team coordination, and client-facing communication — ideal for students interested in project delivery, agile coaching, or consulting.

What You’ll Do

Scrum & Team Support

Support the facilitation of agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Help maintain team artifacts such as product backlogs, sprint boards, burndown charts, and dashboards.

Assist with tracking impediments, logging issues, and coordinating follow-ups with stakeholders.

Delivery Support

Observe and learn how Scrum Masters coach teams on Scrum practices and agile principles.

Partner with team leads to support smooth sprint execution and timely delivery.

Assist with sprint reporting, status updates, and basic team performance metrics.

Client Services & Stakeholder Collaboration

Support communication between internal delivery teams and client stakeholders under senior guidance.

Attend client meetings, capture action items, and track next steps.

Help identify opportunities for process or delivery improvements based on team and client needs.

Continuous Improvement

Contribute to Agile Practice playbooks, templates, and best-practice documentation.

Assist with planning or supporting agile workshops and internal training sessions.

Support process improvement initiatives across teams and engagements.

Who You Are

Required

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field) at least in your Junior year.

Foundational understanding of Agile and Scrum (coursework, certification prep, or self-study).

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Exposure to software development, UX/UI, data, or analytics projects.

Team-based project experience (class projects, hackathons, internships, or student organizations).
