Videographer, Videographer Intern

We’re seeking a creative, collaborative videographer who can capture and edit engaging video content for Instagram Reels, TikToks, and community storytelling. You’ll help us with our real estate brand with compelling visuals and narrative.

Key Responsibilities:

Film and edit 1 video per each work day (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, lifestyle/community content).

Capture green screen, lifestyle, and occasional headshots of our team.

Edit with a fast-paced, social-first style (trendy captions, jump cuts, cinematic feel).

Add captions, B-roll, and royalty-free music.

Collaborate on creative direction, providing content ideas.

Work closely with agents and admin, ensuring quick turnarounds while maintaining high quality.

Requirements:

Must have own professional camera gear and editing software (Premiere, Final Cut, etc.).

Strong understanding of Instagram/TikTok trends, algorithms, and hooks.

Ability to suggest creative ideas and collaborate closely with our team.

Comfortable filming in person around Orange County; editing can be remote.

Proven portfolio showcasing past work in short-form video content.

Work Style:

Comfortable with quick turnarounds and deadlines.

Punctual, creative, and coachable.

Strong communication skills for clear, easy collaboration.

Compensation:
Per-project initially, with the potential for long-term collaboration. Pay is open and negotiable.
