Senior UX UI Designer
As the Senior UX/UI Designer for HANGER, you will be responsible for
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the UX UI team to deliver high-quality, user-centered designs for web and mobile applications, marketing materials, and digital campaigns.
- Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling user interfaces.
- Serve as a mentor and support system for Junior UX Designers, offering guidance, feedback, and design best practices while fostering their growth. Assist in onboarding for new members to the team.
- Participate actively in weekly UX/UI team meetings and cross-functional collaboration sessions, contributing ideas, insights, and solutions. Attend additional Product Meetings as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders via Slack, email, and other project management tools to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Refine and present design concepts, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Iterate on designs based on input from users, stakeholders, and usability testing, balancing user needs with technical constraints and business objectives.
- Partner with the UX team leads to ensure designs are aligned with broader product strategy, maintaining consistency with design systems and brand guidelines.
- Help maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and shared component libraries to improve team efficiency and product cohesion.
- Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continually elevate the quality and effectiveness of design work.
