Tour Attendant

As a Tour Attendant/Customer Service Representative you will work at the TEMSCO base and are responsible for maintaining tour flow and safety for all helicopter tours. This is a safety-sensitive position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Greeting passengers as they arrive at the base and clearly presenting FAA-required safety information
  • Preparing guests for their tour, including answering guests’ questions and providing glacier boots
  • Assisting passengers loading and unloading from helicopters
  • Following Ramp Supervisor and Pilot instructions to fuel aircraft as needed

To be a successful TEMSCO Tour Attendant/Customer Service Representative applicants should be:

  • Willing to learn

Wage dependent on experience; position includes overtime pay, and end of season bonus. Flexible start and end dates. FAA required pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana).
