Role Overview
We’re hiring a Marketing & Social Media Intern who’s obsessed with content, analytics, and growth. You’ll work directly with our leadership team to build our online presence, create engaging content, and run social media strategies across multiple platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Create short-form video content (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn)
- Edit videos using CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar software
- Write captions, hooks, headlines, and posts that grab attention
- Help with community engagement (DMs, comments, reposting)
- Assist with basic branding + marketing tasks
- Research trends in healthcare, SaaS, tech, and medical operations
- Help with content scheduling and analytics
- Work on growth experiments to increase top-of-funnel awareness
What You Already Know (Required Skills)
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
- Ability to make clean, aesthetic social content
- Understanding of social media trends + hooks + short-form storytelling
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Good communication skills
- Consistency, reliability, and creativity
Bonus Skills (Not required but a huge plus)
- Canva / Figma
- Experience with B2B, SaaS, or healthcare marketing
- Basic analytics experience (views, retention, CTR, etc.)
- Photography / branding experience
- Copywriting or scriptwriting
