About Caliber Digital
Caliber Digital is a fast-growing software consulting and digital marketing agency working across .NET, MAUI, Blazor, API integrations, WordPress, Google Ads, and AI-driven solutions. We partner with businesses across the U.S. to build web applications, marketing funnels, mobile apps, and high-performing digital experiences.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, technically curious Technical Project Manager (TPM) to help coordinate client projects, communicate with developers, organize requirements, and ensure our work moves smoothly from planning → execution → delivery.
This is a junior-to-mid-level TPM role, perfect for someone with real project management experience who wants more exposure to SaaS, engineering, and digital marketing environments.
Role Overview
The TPM will support multiple client projects by organizing tasks, clarifying requirements, coordinating with developers, and helping keep timelines on track. You don’t need to be an engineer — but you must be technically comfortable enough to understand concepts and communicate clearly.
This is NOT an admin assistant role — this is a true PM role with real ownership.
Responsibilities
Break down client goals into structured project plans, timelines, and deliverable lists
Coordinate with designers, developers, and marketing team members
Manage tasks and workflows using Microsoft Teams Planner + SharePoint
Gather requirements, take meeting notes, and translate discussions into actionable tasks
QA-test deliverables before sending to clients
Keep stakeholders updated with clear communication and written summaries
Identify risks, blockers, and next steps proactively
Help maintain organization across multi-client workloads
Required Skills & Experience
Prior experience in project management, product management, or technical coordination
Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and client-facing
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to break down complex info into clear tasks
Comfortable learning new tools, technologies, and workflows
Basic understanding of web technologies (e.g., WordPress, APIs, SaaS tools, databases, front-end/back-end concepts)
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
Nice-to-Have (Not Required)
Familiarity with Agile or Kanban workflows
Experience with software development teams or digital marketing teams
Technical familiarity with .NET, WordPress, HTML/CSS, or simple API concepts
Experience creating wireframes, process diagrams, or documentation
Who You Are
You love organizing chaos into clarity
You’re proactive — you don’t wait to be told twice
You enjoy working with developers and thinking through technical problems
You're dependable, detail-driven, and take pride in clean communication
You want to grow into a stronger TPM, Product Owner, or Program Manager
