We’re seeking a Copywriter who thrives on crafting compelling narratives and translating complex topics into accessible, engaging content.
What You’ll Do
- Write persuasive, high-impact copy for a variety of channels, including websites, social media, blogs, newsletters, and thought-leadership articles.
- Translate complex concepts—especially in finance and business—into clear, engaging, audience-friendly messaging.
- Develop content that supports credibility and thought leadership for executive and enterprise-level brands, including LinkedIn posts and sales presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing strategists, designers, and industry experts to align messaging with business goals.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, client guidelines, and relevant regulations.
- Stay current on industry developments and emerging trends in digital content and financial technologies.
- Optimize content for SEO and engagement using research and basic analytics.
- Edit and proofread copy with a meticulous eye for detail.

Qualities & Experience
Required (or equivalent educational experience):
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio that may include class projects, internships, campus publications, freelance work, or professional samples.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Interest in finance, business, or other technical/regulated subjects and a willingness to learn.
- Comfort working on multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- 3+ years of experience as a copywriter, content writer, or journalist (internships and contract work considered).
- Portfolio demonstrating writing samples in digital channels such as social media, blogs, newsletters, and thought-leadership content.
- Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and content analytics.
- Awareness of compliance considerations in content marketing or regulated industries.
- Exceptional editing and proofreading skills.
