About the Role

Help design the homebuyer experience for Lagom communities as we redefine the American Dream for a new generation.

What You’ll Do

Map customer touchpoints and friction points

Conduct qualitative research with buyers

Test messaging and onboarding flows

Support design of the digital buyer journey

What You’ll Bring

Strong communication skills

Interest in consumer behavior, UX, or real estate

Curiosity about how people make big life decisions
