The Abram Group, Atlanta’s premier and fastest growing recruiting firm serving the AEC industry, is hiring a new Recruiter join our team in 2025. The Abram Group has been in business since 2013, specializing nationally in the AEC Industry (Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Interior Design), with an additional service line covering the Professional services industry (Sales, Human Resources, Administrative, Accounting, etc.) We work with only the best-in-class clients across the country, helping them to ramp up their Architecture or Engineering Design teams for their latest project, build out a high-performing Construction team or round out their award-winning Interior Design department.

JOB OVERVIEW

As a Recruiter at The Abram Group, you will be working with a high-performing team in a very fun, fast-paced, and collaborative environment that offers a very unique and truly “uncapped” commission structure. Your overall goal is to connect with top candidates within our primary service line of Architecture, Engineering & Construction, learn about their desires for their next career move, and methodically match them up with our clients’ need, resulting in a win-win partnership for both sides. Relationship building, client relations and teamwork are the forefront of this position so an outgoing personality and true enjoyment of working closely with people is a must-have. 

You will also engage in a wealth of other activities such as mentoring recruiters, participating in training sessions, project & client management, client meetings, networking events, marketing and more etc.

●      Build your network and establish relationships with industry professionals

●      Accurately match candidate skillset with client needs

●      Prepare and brief candidates on roles to ensure placement success

●      Set and meet goals, both personal and company oriented

●      Collaborate with team members, hiring managers and clients

●      Present candidates in a professional, timely manner to ensure client satisfaction

EXPERIENCE & TRAITS REQUIRED

●      Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university

●      0-5 years of professional experience

●      Outgoing personality with great people skills

●      Strong desire to learn and self-motivation to succeed!

●      Great organization skills

●      Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

●      Previous experience in the Recruiting industry is great but not a must have
