Workspace Manager UI/UX - PROJXON

About the Role: 20 hrs/week 6-month program.

Responsibilities

Design and enhance digital workspace environments to improve user experience and workflow.

Conduct user research and gather feedback to identify UI/UX needs and pain points.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to support workspace optimization.

Partner with IT and operations teams to implement UI/UX best practices.

 

Qualifications

Degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or similar field (or equivalent experience).

Knowledge of user-centered design principles.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

 

Preferred Skills

Experience using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.

Basic understanding of front-end development concepts.

Ability to analyze user behavior and translate insights into design solutions.
