Travel: Paid travel for out-of-state filming (New York, Chicago, Minnesota, Toronto)

Pay: $28/hr (~$58K/year)

About the Role
We operate real estate and development offices on both sides of the U.S.–Canada border and are hiring a creative, tech-savvy Social Media Manager & Content Creator. This is a fast-paced environment with zero tolerance for ego or sensitivity. You’ll be working alongside an entrepreneur, seeing firsthand how real money is made, and participating in real sales activity every day.
This role is the opportunity most graduates wish they had — direct access, rapid learning, hands-on content creation, and exposure to both U.S. and Canadian markets.

What You’ll Do
   •    Shoot and edit photos & videos of homes, events, and business content (drone experience is a plus)
   •    Produce short-form content, reels, and podcasts
   •    Manage multiple social media platforms with consistency and growth in mind
   •    Travel for paid filming trips: New York, Chicago, Minnesota, Toronto
   •    Use AI tools daily to accelerate tasks, edit content, and improve workflow
   •    Participate in real sales calls happening in the office — fast-paced, direct, and engaging
   •    Work with a small, high-performing team that moves quickly and expects continual improvement
   •    Recent grad or soon-to-be grad in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or similar
   •    Strong technical ability with video, editing tools, social platforms, and AI
   •    Out-of-the-box creative thinker with strong initiative
   •    Thrives in a fast-moving, no-ego culture
   •    Wants to learn directly from an entrepreneur and understand real-world business execution
   •    Comfortable in a high-energy environment where conversations can be direct and intense
   •    Positive, adaptable, and willing to push your limits
