Position Overview

As a Presale Call Center Agent, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with pre-sales questions, and help guide shoppers toward completing their orders. You’ll work closely with our sales and customer service teams to provide a positive, helpful experience for every customer.

What You’ll Do

Answer inbound/outbound calls & live chat

Assist customers with pre-sales questions

Help guide customers toward completing orders

Record/update customer information

Support walk-in customers as needed

Customer service experience (preferred)

Bilingual (Spanish/English or Chinese/English) a plus

Schedule: Part-time between 8am–5pm
