POSITION: Production & Logistics Intern 

LOCATION: Atlanta, GA 

START DATE: January 12, 2026 - April 24, 2026 

SUMMARY:

POINT3 (as in :00.3 seconds) represents the critical moment in basketball that can define the outcome. We started on the court, creating innovative gear like our patented DRYV® shorts with built-in towels. This performance-first approach made POINT3 a leader in basketball apparel. We now also support other sports, including volleyball and flag football, and continue to partner with AAU programs, club teams, local leagues, and Junior NBA affiliates like the Cavaliers, Hawks, Celtics, and Suns.These relationships reflect our deep roots in the game and our commitment to supporting players at every level.

We’re looking for proactive logistics interns who thrive in fast-paced environments and are ready to jump in and keep operations running smoothly. You’ll assist our Operations Manager with managing orders, submitting rosters to vendors, and coordinating the flow of products from production to delivery. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience supporting the backbone of a growing brand in the basketball space.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Operations Manager with managing and submitting orders to the production team.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and their customers regarding order details, timelines, and deliveries.
  • Learn and become familiar with POINT3 products to support order accuracy and internal operations.
  • Support other areas of operations as needed, including quality checks, inventory updates, and administrative tasks.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency in order management and logistics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with teams, vendors, and customers.
  • Proficient with basic computer tasks, Excel, and Google Docs; fast learner with new software.
  • Able to lift and handle shipments as needed and assist with inventory.
  • Eager to learn about logistics, production, and operations in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations, order management, or customer coordination is a plus.
