Location: San Diego, CA (in-office role at Restore SD Plastic Surgery)
Hours: Part-time, flexible (10–15 hours/week)

About Us

Restore SD Plastic Surgery is a patient-centered, female-owned practice focused on empowering individuals through education, transparency, and exceptional care. We’re expanding our digital presence—especially around our podcast All the B’s—and we’re looking for a creative, motivated social media manager to help us grow.

About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Social Media Manager—ideally a college student with a passion for content creation, storytelling, and social media trends. This role is in-office, as you’ll be capturing real-time content with our team.

Responsibilities

Create engaging photo and video content in the office

Film and edit short-form video content (Reels/TikToks)

Post regularly across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts

Help brainstorm and execute creative content ideas

Monitor trends and recommend strategies to improve reach and engagement

Occasionally help with light graphic design (templates, captions, etc.)

Who We’re Looking For

A college student or early-career creative interested in marketing, communications, media, or related fields

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and short-form video

Comfortable filming in a medical office setting

Skilled with smartphone video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, Canva, etc.)

Reliable, proactive, and excited to bring ideas to the table

Bonus: Experience with podcast content, beauty/aesthetics, or healthcare
