Position Overview

We are hiring Customer Service & Retail Associates who are energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others. You'll be trained on all store functions including shipping, printing, point-of-sale, and customer service. No prior UPS Store experience is necessary—just a positive attitude and willingness to learn!

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests

Assist customers with shipping, packing, printing, and copying

Use computers and office equipment (copiers, scanners, laminators, etc.)

Guide customers through our full range of services (mailboxes, notary, passport photos, etc.)

Operate the point-of-sale system accurately for transactions, refunds, and discounts

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment

Take initiative and learn how to perform opening/closing duties

Qualifications

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

Strong computer skills and a quick learner

Comfortable lifting packages up to 50 lbs

Friendly, professional, and dependable

High school diploma or equivalent required

Notary public certification a plus (but not required)

Graphic design or Adobe experience is a bonus

Schedule & Pay

Flexible shifts available (full-time & part-time)

Rotating weekend shifts required

Store Hours:
Mon–Fri: 8 AM – 7 PM
Sat: 9 AM – 4 PM
Sun: 12 PM – 5 PM

Closed on major holidays

💰 Pay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour (based on experience)
