Social Media Management
- Develop, schedule, and publish high-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube (including faceless content when needed) and using AI where appropriate
- Maintain a consistent brand
- Support content creation
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and nurture online communities.
Content Creation & Strategy
- Write compelling captions, posts, newsletters, scripts, and short-form video content.
- Design graphics, carousels, banners, and branded templates using Canva or similar tools.
- Research industry trends—to inspire innovative content angles.
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form platforms (podcasts → reels; book content → posts; speaking appearances → micro-clips).
Marketing & Brand Growth
- Assist with marketing campaigns for launches, events, book signings, and promotions.
- Help build email marketing workflows, sequences, and newsletters.
- Support lead generation through social media, partnerships, and outreach.
- Coordinate marketing efforts using digital services (AI tools, automation, consulting, etc.).
Analytics & Optimization
- Track KPIs, insights, and growth metrics across platforms.
- Evaluate what content performs best and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Monitor competitors and benchmark brand performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with an understanding of personal branding.
- Skilled in Canva or equivalent design tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation, and/or leadership content is a strong plus.
- Ability to edit short-form video (CapCut or similar) preferred.
- Knowledge of SEO, basic analytics, and social media best practices.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
