Affiliate Relations Manager

BrokerCalls is a fast-growing performance marketing and pay-per-call company based in Fort Lauderdale. We partner with hundreds of affiliates and advertisers across multiple industries to deliver high-quality inbound calls and leads. As we continue to scale, we are hiring an entry-level Affiliate Relations Manager to support our affiliate partners, manage onboarding, and help keep our internal systems running smoothly.

This is a great role for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and enjoys helping people succeed. No prior experience in affiliate marketing or pay-per-call is required as we provide full training.

What You Will Do

Affiliate Support and Communication

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a group of affiliate partners
  • Assist affiliates with onboarding, setup, and account configuration
  • Respond to questions and provide timely, friendly support through email, chat, and phone
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with partners

System and Campaign Setup

(Training provided. No experience with Ringba required.)

  • Set up tracking numbers, accounts, and campaign configurations
  • Update routing rules, schedules, and settings as needed
  • Ensure affiliates are correctly connected to buyers and compliant with guidelines
  • Monitor dashboards to confirm everything is running correctly

Performance Monitoring

  • Review daily activity reports to identify trends or issues
  • Flag performance concerns and coordinate internal resolutions
  • Make simple adjustments to improve partner results

Organization and Documentation

  • Maintain accurate notes and partner records in the CRM
  • Follow internal processes and help improve workflows
  • Keep team members updated on changes affecting affiliate performance

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Good organizational skills
  • Comfort using online software, dashboards, or CRMs
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience in customer support, operations, or account coordination
  • Experience with digital marketing tools or affiliate platforms
  • Experience with Salesforce, Ringba, or Google Sheets
