Guest Services Cashier

The Guest Services Cashier assists guests with ticket sales, season passes, and group check-ins while delivering a warm, welcoming experience. We are seeking a professional, outgoing, and kind person who is a fast learner, an excellent communicator, and loves bringing a bubbly, positive vibe to every guest interaction. Exceptional listening skills and the ability to resolve and mitigate conflicts are essential to this role. Depending on staffing needs, you may also assist our lodging department with guest service tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
Process ticket and pass sales accurately and efficiently
Assist with group arrivals and check-ins with a friendly, helpful attitude
Answer guest questions and provide detailed resort information
Resolve guest issues with professionalism and care
Support other Guest Services activities including phone, email, and chat
Assist lodging department staff as needed
Qualifications:
Exceptional listening and communication skills
Strong conflict resolution and mitigation abilities
Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
Quick to learn and thrive in a busy environment
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Experience handling transactions preferred
Availability for weekends and holidays required
Outgoing, bubbly personality who enjoys helping and engaging with people
