Social Media Graphics Artist

CCS Interactive, a full-stack web and app development firm that has been serving clients for over 30 years, is seeking a creative, detail-driven Social Media Creative to join our growing digital marketing team. This role focuses on creating high-quality static posts and reels for our agency and client brands across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Opportunities exist to support the web design team and engage in the larger content creation process. Prior social media design experience is preferred, but a strong eye for detail, curiosity, and willingness to master new tools will set you up for success. Experience in designing for print media is a bonus.

Location

Onsite, in-person position based in Upland, CA.

Hours Per Week

12-20 hours per week to start, with the potential to transition to full-time after a successful 90-day review.

Responsibilities

  • Creating static social media graphics for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Producing, editing, and exporting short-form reels and vertical video content
  • Applying brand guidelines to maintain consistent visual identity for multiple clients
  • Designing assets in multiple aspect ratios optimized for each platform
  • Executing content aligned with monthly calendars and shifting priorities
  • Collaborating with internal team members to refine concepts and apply feedback
  • managing workloads efficiently across multiple brands in a fast-paced, multi-client environment
  • Maintaining organized file structures, templates, and brand assets
  • Staying current with social media design trends, platform features, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Proven experience creating social media graphics and short-form video content
  • Strong proficiency with Canva and Adobe Express
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere a plus)
  • Ability to work in Figma for asset preparation and supporting the web design team
  • Understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and social media aesthetics
  • Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to pivot priorities quickly
  • Detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable producing high-volume content

Preferred but Not Required

  • Photography and/or videography skills for capturing supplemental content
  • Background in print design (flyers, banners, brochures, signage)
  • Experience preparing print-ready files for vendors
  • Familiarity with motion graphics or light animation for reels
  • Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency or multi-brand setting
