 Job Requirements for Whisp New Media Operations Assistant

 

Operations Staff Requirements

Account Operations

1, Upload video content materials to platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube regularly as per company and Operations Manager requirements. The upload process includes: complete video, video caption, hashtags, emojis, categorization, and compliance review (1 batch per day).

2, Regularly maintain uploaded video content, including replying to comments, engaging with users, liking comments, and responding to direct messages (twice daily). Summarize important interaction cases and submit them to the manager.

3, Regularly compile performance data (likes, comments, shares, engagement) of uploaded video content and organize it into reports/tables (once daily).

4, Assist the manager in understanding changes to platform content rules and adapt work methods accordingly based on new guidelines.

5, (Mid/Late Phase) Analyze outcomes of creator/influencer videos: identify success factors for high-performing videos and issues with low-performing videos; propose solutions for identified problems.

6, (Mid/Late Phase) Outreach to creators: Contact overseas influencers, key opinion consumers (KOCs), and key opinion leaders (KOLs) via email, messaging, or phone to introduce products and negotiate collaborations.

 

Influencer/Creator Operations

1, Assist in influencer coordination, providing follow-up and content retrieval support for influencers successfully connected and secured by supervisors or Business Development (BD).

2, Compile performance statistics (likes, comments, shares, engagement data) for content published by influencers and organize it into reports/tables.

 

Store Operations (Amazon, Independent Website, TikTok Shop, Facebook Marketplace, etc.)

1, Assist with store operations, promotional activities, customer service, advertising, and efforts to increase traffic, conversion rates, and search rankings.

2, (Mid/Late Phase) Independently manage store accounts: handle product listings (uploading/removing), create relevant keywords, optimize product listings (listings), execute advertising campaigns, and manage marketing activities.

3, Regularly track, evaluate, and statistically analyze advertising performance and campaign effectiveness. Conduct data analysis on store/product traffic and conversion rates.

4, Perform competitor and competitive product analysis, gather relevant data, and respond with pricing and promotional strategies based on competitor actions.

5, Promptly report any abnormal store situations to the manager for resolution. Maintain store stability, manage negative reviews, handle returns, and address other negative maintenance tasks.

 

Hardware Requirements:

1, Work phones, with one phone dedicated to each set of accounts.

2, Work computers for tasks such as video editing and store management.

3, A separate and clean network environment in the U.S. It does not need to be unique per account, but must ensure a clean Wi-Fi environment where no other TikTok or similar platforms are logged in by others.

4, For overseas operations, use clean U.S. VPN nodes locally, with a maximum of 2 accounts per node.

5, Management platform (Feishu or similar software).

6, Other miscellaneous supplies.
