Real Estate & Hospitality Intern

This is a part time, in person position in Las Vegas, Nevada. Starting pay range is $13-$25/hour depending on experience. 

Oasis Global Partners is a private equity real estate investment firm based in Las Vegas with multiple lines of businesses. We are looking for a driven candidate who desires a future career in the real estate industry.  

Selected candidates must have extremely strong English writing and communication skills, to help with marketing, customer service and daily operations at our new Coworking office facility. Candidates are expected to have the ambition to learn and grow from entry-level responsibilities to senior roles. This is a in person business-technical position and interns will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced investment fund managers and partners.

Real Estate and Marketing responsibilities:

• Work with offshore resources spanning multiple time zones.
• Learn and work on multiple property management software packages.
• Work on Wordpress websites and blogs.
• Assist contractors with plans and building department codes.
• Assist with invoice processing
• Assist architects, engineers and interior designers as required.
• Administer advertising campaigns on google and facebook platforms.

Partial customer service responsibilities:

• Handle any type of customer service calls, inquiries or issues at the coworking office line of business.
• Manage and respond to inquiries received through email, website and social media channels.
• Provide tours to potential coworking members and tenants.
• Ensure all spaces in the business are organized, clean and professional in appearance.

Candidates will have ample opportunity to develop their project management and business management skills. Self learning on your personal time to improve your technical/coding skills is expected. This position is for ambitious people who have a high desire to build their skills and experience rapidly. The opportunities to network and observe how many successful startups or established businesses operate are endless. This is a demanding position that WILL impinge on your work/life balance.
