Assemble Partners is a New York City based, entrepreneurial media advertising agency founded in 2013. We are navigating the new media landscape on behalf of our clients to get the word out about their products. Our current clients help people in the areas of mental health, cooking, getting good sleep, women’s health and investing.  We have helped the leading podcast advertiser become the leading podcast advertiser. Our success is based on hiring a curious, accountable, hard-working and open-minded team, leading to our own tremendous growth. Due to new wins, we need to grow our team.
Our goal is to hire a Financial Analyst to help us run our books, while integrating into all aspects of our growing entrepreneurial company, including media strategy, HR, Operations and whatever is needed to help Assemble grow.

Financial Analyst & Media Strategist
Position Summary:
Primary responsibilities include learning our financial process that supports the media process, from buy approval, inputting, invoicing, accounts payable and reconciliation.
Every Assemble Employee must be able to work in an integrated team-oriented way. We do not think a lot about titles and job responsibilities because we are focused on what needs to get done, how we’re going to get it done well, how we’re going to exceed expectations and also who is able to do it. We believe in taking responsibility, we call that “ownership” and ownership is the key to success at Assemble.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Gather and enter all media invoices into the company accounting system.
· Coordinate closely with internal teams in performing reconciliations and billing adjustments.
· Monitor and resolve integration errors
· Enter media vendor proposals and contracts into the company's media database
· Assist planners and buyers by gathering requested information.
· Check insertion orders and broadcast contracts for accuracy.
· Contact vendor representatives to confirm orders and verify rates and contract levels.
· Respond to requests within the agency in a timely manner.
· Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
· Must know Quickbooks and be computer savvy
· Must have a strong intuitive numbers sense and great ability. to be accurate

· Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Ability to work with a team
· Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
· The ability to communicate information openly, and share things you bothg understand and struggles you are having.
· Commitment to excellent customer service.
· Will report directly to Founder/CFO

Job Requirements:
 Minimum:
· College degree with focus in quantitative or business major
· Knowledge of QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Microsoft Word & Excel
· Ability To work in person (Lower East Side Office)

Opportunity to grow with the Assemble Partners and take on additional responsibilities in Media Strategy, HR and Operations. Starting Salary: $55,000, opportunity for performance bonuses.
