Compassion Community Care is a clinician-owned behavioral health agency built by social workers—so we understand what clinicians actually need to thrive. We provide outpatient services across seven states and offer telehealth and home-based therapy services throughout Indiana.

We run on agile, therapist-centered operations designed to protect your time and energy. Our administrative team leverages innovative technology and streamlined workflows to dramatically reduce paperwork and report writing—so you can focus on clients, not documents. You won’t be stuck spending your evenings buried in progress notes, treatment plans, or monthly reports. We’ve built systems that make documentation faster, cleaner, and far less stressful.

We’re hiring contractors for Telehealth and Home-Based therapy. We welcome LSW, LMHCA, LMFT, LMHC, and LCSW clinicians, and temporary permits are allowed—all licenses must be active in the State of Indiana. Compensation is based on licensure level: Telehealth pays $50–$70/hour, and Home-Based therapy pays $55–$65/hour.
