Bartender
SUMMARY
Serves beverages to patrons as regulated by state and federal age requirements by performing the following duties
QUALIFICATIONS

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Inform guests of daily specials and takes beverage order
- Deliver drink orders
- Cook food from brand designed menu
- Monitor tables in assigned section ensuring all patrons are served
- Removes empty or dirty glasses and bottles, disposes properly of bottles and washes glasses in glass washer
- Ensure tables are cleaned for each patron
- Ensure ashtrays are at applicable tables
- Maintain bar station by keeping area tidy and stock bar by placing orders as needed
- Compute bill and accept payments
- Track sales receipts
- Complete bar inventory log
- Ensure tips are reported properly for tax processing
- All other duties as assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Less than a high school diploma; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

MATH ABILITY
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
