About SOPros
SOPros (Service Operations Professionals) is a next-generation operations and workforce management platform built by 4 Elements Hospitality.
We’re reimagining how theme parks, waterparks, restaurants food & beverage venues manage teams, tasks, and guest experiences through automation and data insights.

What You’ll Do

Build UI components directly from our Figma design system (React or Next.js)

Develop and connect APIs with our Java-based backend 

Create dashboards and analytics tools for real-time operations

Collaborate in sprints with designers and mentors

Test and debug features using Postman, Selenium, and JUnit

What We’re Looking For

Recent grads in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or UI/UX Design

Interest in tech, operations, or hospitality innovation

Familiarity with React, Java, or REST APIs

Creative, proactive, and eager to learn
