Business and Operations Coordinator (Part-time)

The Business & Operations Coordinator plays a key dual role in representing our brand across retail and event channels while ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. This individual will help manage field marketing activities, oversee order fulfillment and production logistics, and coordinate brand campaigns in stores and at events. The ideal candidate is a proactive, hands-on team player who thrives in both customer-facing environments and operational coordination.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Coordination

  • Oversee order fulfillment, product packing, and shipment preparation to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Manage product organization, product inventory, and reorders to maintain consistent stock levels.
  • Support seasoning production and coordinate logistics for product batches and packaging.
  • Handle vendor communications, supply orders, and internal logistics for events and retail campaigns.

Brand Representation

  • Serve as the brand ambassador at events, festivals, and pop-ups, ensuring a professional and engaging brand presence.
  • Coordinate and attend tabling events, product demos (in-store and event-based), and vendor activations.
  • Support In-store marketing campaigns, including demonstrations, merchandising and execution.
  • Support brand ambassador onboarding, training, and scheduling for both virtual and in-person events.
  • Maintain relationships with store managers through regular calls and check-ins to strengthen brand partnerships.

Recruiting & Administration

  • Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, scheduling, and communication management.

Creative & Marketing Support

  • Contribute to graphic design projects for marketing materials, event signage, and digital campaigns.
  • Assist with event planning and promotional calendar management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Required: High School diploma plus or 3+ years of experience in field marketing, or operations coordination. OR Bachelor’s degree in-progress or completed in relevant area.
  • Leadership and training skills; prior experience managing or mentoring a team is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Comfortable with physical tasks such as event setup, packing, and product handling.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility to also work evenings, weekends, and travel for events as needed.
