Cultural Experience Planner

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Cultural Experience Planner to design and arrange meaningful travel experiences that highlight cultural traditions, history, and local lifestyles. In this role, you will help travelers connect with destinations through immersive itineraries, customized tours, and authentic activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

Plan and organize travel itineraries focused on cultural and heritage experiences.

Research and recommend destinations, tours, and activities that reflect cultural richness.

Book accommodations, transportation, and guided tours for clients.

Provide personalized travel advice and ensure itineraries meet client needs.

Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and travel documents.

Collaborate with local partners and tour providers to deliver high-quality experiences.

Support travelers before and during their trips with timely communication.
