Position: Social Media Associate – X (Twitter) Engagement & Sports Analytics Content
Hours: ~20 hours per week
Pay: $10/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12 PM – 7 PM EST

We build tools, challenges, and content that help sports fans understand performance trends, predictive models, and game insights — all while creating an engaging, community-driven online presence across multiple platforms.
🎯 Role Overview
We’re looking for a Social Media Associate to help expand our presence and engagement on X (Twitter) under the Project Parlay and ColesAlgoPicks brands.
You’ll post natively on X, reply to 40–50 posts per day, and help drive audience growth and interaction through authentic, analytics-driven sports content.
📋 Responsibilities
Post and reply natively on X 40–50 times daily (no automation tools)
Engage with trending sports analytics, highlights, and performance content
React to live-game moments and fan discussions in real time
Collaborate closely with @ColesAlgoPicks on voice, tone, and content strategy
Promote daily challenges, analytics threads, and community updates
Track engagement and report weekly on top-performing content
🧠 Qualifications
Strong understanding of sports analytics, performance metrics, or predictive modeling (NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB)
Prior experience managing or growing a social media account
Excellent writing and communication skills with an energetic, confident tone
Consistent availability Monday–Friday, 12 PM – 7 PM EST
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment
💡 Preferred Skills
Experience using tools such as TweetDeck, Notion, or Google Sheets
Familiarity with sports data or analytic platforms
Proven ability to identify trends and connect with online communities
