National Sports Marketing Intern

Join the Elite Offer Showcase National Marketing Team, a nationwide leader in athlete exposure and college recruiting.
As a National Marketing Intern, you’ll work behind the scenes promoting showcases across the U.S. through creative campaigns, social media strategy, influencer outreach, and athlete engagement. You’ll play a key role in helping athletes and parents discover our events and resources while gaining real-world experience in sports marketing, branding, and event promotion.
This internship is remote, flexible, and performance-based, giving you the freedom to learn, grow, and earn commission as you help the brand expand nationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X.
Assist in national social campaigns for multiple state showcases.
Use CapCut to develop highlight clips, athlete spotlights, and promotional posts.
Collaborate with showcase directors to push local marketing efforts.
Research athlete trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies to improve reach.
Communicate weekly results through campaign tracking and Google Sheets.
Help manage links, referral codes, and track registrations driven through your efforts.
Brainstorm new social trends, challenges, and campaigns that connect with athletes and parents.
What You’ll Learn:

Team collaboration across digital, outreach, and event operations.
The business side of athlete recruiting and event marketing.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college program (Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, Business, or related field preferred).
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube).
Experience with CapCut or similar design/video tools (preferred).
Excellent written communication and creative storytelling ability.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
Passion for sports and helping athletes succeed.
Compensation:
Bonuses based on total national showcase registrations.
Opportunity for promotion to Showcase Director or Certified National Scout after internship completion.
⏱️ Schedule:
Flexible 10-15 hours per week (remote).
Bi-weekly team calls (30 minutes) + weekly campaign reporting.
