About OCBridge
OCBridge is an AI-powered global recruitment firm that helps the world’s leading technology, manufacturing, and renewable-energy companies hire top talent faster and smarter. We’re not a traditional staffing agency — we build our own AI agents, data dashboards, and unique workflow to redefine how companies hire.
As we scale our brand and product and service ecosystem, we’re redesigning our digital presence — and that’s where you come in.

- Collaborate with product, and marketing teams to bring wireframes and content to life — fast.
- Experiment with motion, interaction, and layout to create modern, dynamic user experiences.
- Manage visual consistency across all site components — typography, colors, icons, and imagery.
- Support iterative updates, analytics tracking, and A/B testing to continuously improve UX and conversion.
- Brainstorm and prototype new landing pages for campaigns, product launches, and partnerships.
What We’re Looking For

- Basic understanding of front-end principles — responsive layout, CSS, and performance optimization.
- A sharp eye for typography, spacing, and brand consistency.
- Creative problem-solver who thrives on speed, experimentation, and continuous learning.
- Portfolio or sample projects that show your ability to blend design + development in Framer or similar tools.
