Web Design and Development Intern

Web Design & Development Intern

About OCBridge
OCBridge is an AI-powered global recruitment firm that helps the world’s leading technology, manufacturing, and renewable-energy companies hire top talent faster and smarter. We’re not a traditional staffing agency — we build our own AI agents, data dashboards, and unique workflow to redefine how companies hire.

As we scale our brand and product and service ecosystem, we’re redesigning our digital presence — and that’s where you come in.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and build visually stunning, high-performance pages in Framer that tell OCBridge’s story and showcase our AI-powered services.
  • Collaborate with product, and marketing teams to bring wireframes and content to life — fast.
  • Experiment with motion, interaction, and layout to create modern, dynamic user experiences.
  • Manage visual consistency across all site components — typography, colors, icons, and imagery.
  • Support iterative updates, analytics tracking, and A/B testing to continuously improve UX and conversion.
  • Brainstorm and prototype new landing pages for campaigns, product launches, and partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for startup environments, clean design, and beautifully executed websites.
  • Experience in Framer, or strong familiarity with similar web-design tools (Figma, Webflow, or other site builders).
  • Basic understanding of front-end principles — responsive layout, CSS, and performance optimization.
  • A sharp eye for typography, spacing, and brand consistency.
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives on speed, experimentation, and continuous learning.
  • Portfolio or sample projects that show your ability to blend design + development in Framer or similar tools.

Why Join Us

  • Work directly with the CEO and product team in a high-impact, fast-iteration environment.
  • Build real projects seen by clients across Silicon Valley, Europe, and Asia.
  • Learn startup-scale web design, growth-driven UX, and how brand storytelling meets technology.
  • Flexible hours, hands-on mentorship, and the freedom to ship your ideas.
