Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support our growing marketing initiatives through digital, social, and event channels. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys design and storytelling, and can manage multiple projects—from social media content to event coordination.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management
    • Create and schedule engaging posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
    • Develop graphics, short videos, and stories that align with our brand identity.
    • Monitor engagement metrics and propose improvements.
  • Design & Content Creation
    • Design visual assets for social media, email campaigns, and digital ads.
    • Support in creating videos, reels, and short promotional clips.
    • Develop layouts for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Website & Digital Marketing
    • Update website content and visuals as needed (WordPress).
    • Assist with SEO updates, blog content, and landing pages for campaigns.
    • Support execution of paid digital campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta).
  • Case Studies & Marketing Collateral
    • Gather information and visuals from sales and project teams to build compelling case studies.
    • Assist with formatting and publishing project success stories on web and print.
  • Event & Campaign Support
    • Coordinate marketing materials and logistics for trade shows, roadshows, and partner events.
    • Manage event registration pages, follow-up communications, and social media coverage.
    • Support cross-departmental collaboration between marketing, sales, and partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or technology sectors.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) or Canva.
  • Familiarity with website CMS (Wix, WordPress) and CRM/email tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ready to be a full-time employee.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in event coordination or trade show planning.
  • Basic video editing and animation (e.g., After Effects, CapCut).
  • Understanding of SEO, analytics, and paid ad management.
