Sales Recruiting Specialist
Job Description
We are looking to hire the next member of our team to recruit new talent and sell to new clients. As a Sales/Recruiting Specialist your goal is to cultivate successful, long-term relationships by matching the right job seekers with the right organizations. You will manage the client lifecycle by making sales calls to new & established accounts, deliver sales presentations, recruit talent and manage candidates.
Responsibilities
- Grow market share by penetrating new accounts and further developing established accounts through phone calls, in person meetings, email, direct mail and networking.
- Build consultative client relationships to present the value of our staffing solutions and help clients achieve business goals
- Regularly visit with key contacts & decision makers to obtain information on business needs recommend new solutions and increase account revenue
- Analyze the daily sales activity within each account; Determine areas of opportunity and develop strategies to expand sales
- Recruit and market top talent to expand your talent network and fill open positions
- Consult with clients on job market trends and talent availability
- Attend workshops and other educational trainings, participate in professional societies and industry networks.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Agency staffing & recruiting experience is a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
