Game Production Intern
The role of the Game Production Intern is to support cross-functional teams in organizing, tracking, and delivering content for Agents of Influence. This includes maintaining production documents, coordinating asset pipelines, and supporting communication across narrative, art, design, and engineering. The intern will also assist with playtesting logistics, documentation, and feedback synthesis to improve both gameplay and educational impact.

Location and Work Environment
This is a fully remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from home or another suitable location. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Reliable Internet Connection: A stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps) is required for video conferencing and accessing company tools.
- Equipment: You should have access to a reliable computer with a webcam and a headset. If needed, the company can provide additional equipment to support your work.
- Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free workspace is essential for meetings and focused work.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain production support materials such as trackers, documentation templates, onboarding guides, and asset checklists
- Organize and format key production documents across departments—including scripts, art and audio asset lists, localization guides, and design specs
- Coordinate progress across narrative, design, engineering, and art teams using collaborative tools like Google Sheets, Notion, and Trello
- Facilitate integration of visual, audio, and narrative assets into the game environment by keeping workflows and systems organized
- Support internal playtesting logistics, including scheduling, documentation, and feedback reporting
- Collect and synthesize QA and playtest feedback to support iteration and cross-functional alignment
- Act as a communication bridge between teams to ensure timelines, deliverables, and priorities are clearly shared and updated

Contribute to the creation of internal resources, onboarding materials, and educational support documents
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills
- Interest in cross-functional game production and team coordination
- Experience using collaborative tools like Google Drive, Notion, or task-tracking platforms
- Detail-oriented and proactive in managing workflows and surfacing blockers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Bonus: Production-ready skills in coding, writing, education, or art
- Bonus: Familiarity with Unity or game development pipelines
- Bonus: Experience with QA, playtesting, or production documentation
