Junior Marketing Specialist
The Junior Marketing Specialist is an entry level position at Workspace Solutions. This specialist supports marketing, design, reporting and communications projects, while reporting directly to the President. With experience, this specialist will manage client projects, maintain content calendars, create advertisements, design visuals, and develop written content.
Workspace Solutions has many types of clients, but we have a focus on financial services clients, so basic financial and economic literacy is a must in any position.
The ideal candidate will be professional and dependable. They will be highly proficient with common business software, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Products, and Google Workspace Suite. This candidate will also be an effective communicator and writer. The candidate should be process oriented, dependable, coachable, and eager to learn. Attention to detail is required in this position. Creativity and an appreciation for design is a bonus but not required. Marketing and / or entrepreneurial experience preferred.
The position is a part-time position (3 days per week, M-W with some flexibility) that can grow into full-time after a successful probationary period. The company and position are located in Charlotte, but this is a work from home position on most days. The candidate should be within a reasonably short drive of South Charlotte.
