What You'll Do
YouTube Content & Channel Management (30%)
- Produce educational videos monthly (DCAA compliance tutorials, software demos, best practices)
- Script, film, and edit professional video content including YouTube Shorts
- Optimize channel setup, playlists, thumbnails, and SEO-driven descriptions
LinkedIn Advertising & Strategy (30%)
- Develop and execute LinkedIn ad campaigns targeting CFOs, Operations Managers, and Contract Managers
- Create sponsored content and lead generation campaigns
- Build organic presence through company posts and articles
Campaign Management & Optimization (20%)
- Launch and manage paid campaigns across YouTube and LinkedIn
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creative, messaging, and targeting
- Support remarketing and custom audience development
Analytics & Reporting (10%)
- Monitor performance metrics and ROI across both channels
- Create weekly reports with optimization recommendations
- Track conversion rates, cost per lead, and lead quality
Process Automation & Repeatability (10%)
- Implement automation tools for routine tasks (e.g., ad scheduling, report generation) to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Document and standardize all marketing processes to ensure consistency and ease of replication.
- Leverage automation to free up time for strategic planning and creative initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Business, Film/Media Production, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic video editing experience (any software)
- Comfort with social media platforms and digital content creation
- Self-starter who can manage multiple projects independently
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Interest in B2B marketing and performance-driven campaigns
Preferred:
- Experience with YouTube, LinkedIn, or other social media advertising platforms
- Familiarity with video editing software
- Knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or other paid advertising platforms
- Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media best practices
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience with B2B marketing or SaaS products
Time Commitment
10-15 hours per week with flexible scheduling around classes
