About the Role
The Account Manager / Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site position based in Tamarac, Florida. In this role, you’ll join a global sales team that drives growth through relationship building, strategic prospecting, and closing complex B2B deals.
This is a hunter role designed for proactive, ambitious sales professionals who thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments. You’ll work directly with international clients across industries, providing high-value solutions in the global electronic components and industrial equipment supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls daily to prospects and develop new accounts.
Negotiate and close deals with customers while maintaining strong profit margins.
Run a full sales desk, managing clients from prospecting to post-sale follow-up.
Maintain and grow customer relationships through consistent communication and service.
Stay informed on global market conditions, pricing trends, and competitor activity.
Develop and implement strategic sales programs at key accounts.
Collaborate closely with internal teams — including Commodity Managers, Sales Managers, Order Management, and Regional Offices — to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Accurately maintain customer and opportunity data in the company database.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of B2B sales experience (or proven competitive mindset, such as collegiate athletics).
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Relentless drive to hit and exceed goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (bonus for multilingual abilities).
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in spreadsheets and CRM tools.
Professional, outgoing, and self-motivated.
