Park Manager - Sahm Park

Position is responsible for management of programs, services, facilities, and personnel at designated park location. Work related activities may incorporate all facets of recreational programming and service delivery in various physical environments and weather conditions. Park Managers are required to exercise considerable independent judgment. This position operates in an isolated condition without direct on-site supervision. The Park Manager is responsible for the daily operations of all activities at the designated park location. Requires direct regular interaction with the community, public officials and various city, state, and local officials, in an independent atmosphere. The Park Manager may be instructed to communicate directly with the media and represent the department through the media or at public meetings/events. Requires monitoring of all on site activities for compliance with agency policy as well as local and state laws. Position reports to Regional or Sr Manager.
