Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Intern will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts and gaining valuable industry insight.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Mail Campaigns:

Assist in the execution of direct mail campaigns via follow-up email and phone outreach.

Prepare mailing lists, coordinate with vendors, and monitor campaign performance.

Help analyze response rates and provide recommendations for campaign improvements.

Initial Outreach:

Conduct initial outreach via phone and email to prospective clients or partners.

Maintain accurate records of communications in our CRM system.

Follow up on leads and support the sales team by scheduling appointments or demos.

Administrative Support:

Assist in the creation and updating of marketing materials.

Support various marketing projects and initiatives as assigned by the team.

Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry trends.

Data Management and Reporting:

Collect and organize data from campaigns to track performance metrics.

Provide insights and prepare reports on outreach activities and campaign success.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable using phone and email for business communications.

Basic knowledge of marketing principles and direct mail strategies.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
