LATAM Brokerage Work Measurement Intern

The Industrial Engineering Project Intern is responsible for creating work measurement for brokerage operations in LATAM as well as automating and improving brokerage reports with the intention of streamlining information and reducing cost.

The main responsibility for this position will be to manage a project geared towards the completion of Work Measurement in LATAM Brokerage operations and the automation and improvement of existing brokerage reports. The key responsibilities will be to analyze available information and offer solutions for streamlining existing processes. This position will also be responsible for creating and delivering presentations to upper management regarding their recommendations. Candidate is expected to have advanced programming, excel, and analytical skills as they will be working with large amounts of data. This position will occasionally require work on weekends due to the needs of the business.

Each intern will work with one of our Region Supervisors. The facility that the internship will take place in is at the Americas Region office. This means that we have responsibility for Canada, Mexico, PR, Central and South America- our Supervisors have Supervisors in other countries which indirectly report to them.
