Education Level: Junior/Senior pursuing Bachelor’s in CIS or recent graduate
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Advertising Sales and Solutions Intern to join our team. This role provides hands-on experience in sales development, marketing outreach, and campaign execution. You will work closely under the Director of Operations and Director of Sales to generate new opportunities, manage outreach campaigns, and support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling and email outreach to prospective clients.
- Research and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Manage and support campaign event planning (virtual and in-person).
- Work within CRM systems to track leads, outreach, and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and client proposals.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute campaigns.
Translate technical concepts into business solutions. - Shadow senior team members in client calls, demos, and meetings.
- Provide reporting and feedback on lead quality and outreach performance.
Preferred Skills (CIS-Oriented)
- CRM Systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Data Analysis & Reporting (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL basics).
- Presentation Tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva).
- Technical Communication for client-facing roles.
- Database & Information Management.
- Digital Marketing & Advertising Tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads).
- Problem-Solving & Process Improvement.
Qualifications
- Junior/Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s in CIS or related field.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to engage in cold calling.
- Comfortable working with data and technology to support sales efforts.
- Interest in growing into a full-time role in sales or business operations.
