Position Overview

The Pronto Network is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, communicates effectively with minimal supervision, and is eager to grow professionally. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, organization, and a passion for marketing, especially in driving engagement across digital and social platforms.

Responsibilities:

•  Maintain a busy marketing communication calendar.
• Collaborate with manufacturer sponsors to fulfill communication requirements.
• Assist in the design, content creation, and production of marketing materials.
• Coordinate and support internal and external communications.
• Work with graphic designers on newsletters, national advertising, and other creative projects.
• Compile and distribute reports and proof of performance for marketing programs.
• Support planning for national conferences, trade shows, and other events.
• Manage and maintain contact distribution lists, database management.
• Collaborate with team members on marketing communications, promotions, and programs.
• Provide updates to Business Development Managers on key communications.
• Assist other departments with tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
• Experience in the Automotive Aftermarket Industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external communications.
• Proficient in social media platform management.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp).
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working independently or in a team.
• Experience collaborating across business functions.
