Pro 7 Sports Recruiting is a nationally recognized college recruiting agency with a 100% placement rate for athletes. Our podcast, highlights the journey of athletes, parents, and coaches navigating the recruiting process.
We are seeking a Podcast Production & Promotion Intern to join our team for the next 3 months. This is an excellent opportunity to build creative skills in podcasting, editing, and digital marketing while contributing to a fast-growing sports media project.
π― Responsibilities
Produce weekly podcast episodes using CapCut or Descript.
Edit audio/video for clarity, flow, and professional quality.
Create promotional clips and graphics for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
Collaborate on creative ideas to increase audience engagement and reach.
Assist in scheduling, uploading, and optimizing episodes across platforms.
Provide weekly progress reports on podcast promotion metrics.

Experience (or strong interest) in video/audio editing (CapCut, Descript, or similar tools).
Creative mindset and eye for engaging content.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently on deadlines.
Passion for sports, storytelling, or digital media is a plus!
