UI/UX Designer Full Time


About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer to craft seamless, intuitive, and visually compelling experiences across our app and web platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping the product from end to end—information architecture, user flows, wireframes, visuals, and design systems—ensuring our users enjoy a consistent and delightful journey. This is a chance to join an early-stage fintech startup and directly influence how a new generation experiences digital money.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of app/web product experiences, from information architecture and flows to polished visual interfaces.
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Continuously refine interaction logic and UI design based on user research and feedback to enhance usability.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to bring designs to life effectively.
  • Stay on top of design trends, emerging technologies, and creative approaches to inspire product innovation.

Qualifications (not strict requirements):

  • Background in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or related fields (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • 2+ years of UI/UX design experience, with end-to-end product design and launch exposure.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with iOS/Android/Web interaction guidelines and cross-platform design practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset—able to translate complex requirements into clear, intuitive interfaces.
  • Excellent visual sense—capable of designing both functional, user-friendly flows and unified, appealing visuals.

Bonus points:

  • Experience designing for Internet, Web3, gaming, or social products.
  • From 0 → 1 product design and iteration experience.
  • Knowledge of user research methods (usability testing, user interviews, etc.).
  • Motion design and interactive prototyping skills.
  • Overseas study or product experience, with a good understanding of international user needs.
