Compensation: 1-5% equity + small stipend/revenue share

ABOUT US:
We're launching an innovative alcohol gift delivery platform in Las Vegas. We're pre-launch and looking for a UX/UI designer to help build our MVP from the ground up.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Design landing page and customer-facing interfaces
- Create intuitive order flow and gift customization experience
- Design partner portal for liquor stores
- Develop brand identity and visual system
- Build mobile-responsive web designs
- Help shape product direction from day one

WHAT YOU'LL GET:
- Real startup experience and equity ownership (1-3%)

- Portfolio piece: design a product from scratch

- Letter of recommendation/LinkedIn endorsement
- Potential full-time role after graduation

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Currently enrolled in UNLV UX/UI, Graphic Design, or related program
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Strong portfolio showing web/mobile design work
- Understanding of user-centered design principles
- Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable with ambiguity
- Available 10-15 hours/week

NOT REQUIRED (We'll work together):
- Coding skills (nice to have but not required)
- Previous startup experience
- Business knowledge

PROJECT TIMELINE:
- Phase 1 (4-6 weeks): Landing page, order forms, basic brand identity
- Phase 2 (2-3 months): Full platform design, partner portal, mobile optimization
- Phase 3 (Ongoing): Iterate based on user feedback
