At the Center For Connecting Kids, we specialize in providing comprehensive, individualized care for children and adolescents. Our expert team is dedicated to delivering ABA and behavioral health services that support developmental and emotional growth. We offer home-based, center-based, and school-based services tailored to meet each child’s unique needs in familiar and supportive environments.

Position Summary

The Sales Intern will play a crucial role in expanding Center for Connecting Kids' reach and impact by direct client outreach, lead qualification, client onboarding support, and building relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing while contributing to a meaningful cause. The intern will support efforts to secure corporate partnerships, individual services, and program partnerships, directly impacting our ability to serve more children in the Pennsylvania community.

Responsibilities

• Research potential partners, grant opportunities, and individual clients.
• Assist in the preparation of compelling proposals, presentations, and outreach materials.
• Support the sales and marketing team in cultivating relationships with new and existing partners.
• Help organize and execute outreach events and campaigns.
• Drive individual sales in your assigned region.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and outreach activities in our CRM system.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing content for social media, newsletters, and other communication channels.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
• Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned.
• Obtain 1 sales lead per month for the duration of the internship

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Understanding of sales tactics is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
• Passion for Center for Connecting Kids' mission and a commitment to making a positive impact in the ASD community.

• Location: Remote - Operations are in PA
• Hours: 10-15 hours a week
• Duration: Fall 2025, Spring 2026, Summer 2026, or Fall 2026
• Compensation: 100% Commission based
